Announcing – #IncusionAllYearLong

As our Workplace Inclusion journey continues here is what’s happening in February. As you recall in 2021, we began highlighting different holidays and cultural events. The purpose is to broaden our understanding and appreciation of cultures that may be different than ours and to get to know the wonderful diversity that already exists in our workforce. As we move forward, we are introducing our new program – #InclusionAllYearLong. Rather than feature one group of employees in a particular month, we will share different employee stories and cultures all year long. 

Tell Us Your Story 

Sharing personal stories about one’s own difference and experience is important to the development of our Workplace Inclusion journey. We are setting the tone so all employees can hear about real world experiences lived by their peers. We welcome you to share your personal story with us. You can share from a personal perspective or a professional one or both.
